This project is a three level house, complex both in brief
and in construction. Daniel Holan Architect was the design architect and
Rationale Design did the project management.
The brief was to house a very modern family set up that had two separate
zones and entries for each parent and would also allow the two children
to live there as young adults with their own degree of autonomy.
The construction is a lower level of rendered masonry with brick veneer
to the upper stories with a lightweight, metal clad insertion for the
services zone. The project is under construction and due for completion
very soon.
