SCHEMATIC DESIGN STAGE
- Establishment of detailed brief including
- detailed requirements for spaces, joinery and fitout
- budget
- programme
- Detailed existing conditions survey, or measured drawing (boundary re-establishment and levels survey by land surveyor)
- Provision of Sketch Designs including plans, sections (as required), elevations and master planning where appropriate
- Preliminary analysis of authority regulations and requirements
- Preliminary meetings with authorities as required
- Provision of Opinion of Probable Cost
Approved sketch design drawings form the brief for the Design Development Stage.
