Details of all construction requirements in both written and drawn forms, including: preparation of scaled plans, sections and elevations as required for tender and construction, resolution of details of any non standard elements, written specification, selection of contract and contract settings, establishment and scheduling of all monetary allowances to be made under the contract (Prime Cost Allowances)
